Guendalina, and Cuenca, Carolina, witch means being in constant
contact with craftsmanships.
In Cuenca there are factories everywhere and women work the
straw in any spot of the city and throughout the surrounding
villages.
Carolina was enchanted in watching all those figures intent to
weave and she was curious about those bundles of straw in the
hands of the women gradually turning into amazing Panama Hats.
Later, after she experienced the world of fashion and design, she
decide to found Etiqueta Latina with Alessandra and Guendalina
who both work in the theater field, the first on is an actress and
the second set designer and videomaker for passion.
But what’s more theatrical than a HAT?
Each hat is like an actor’s own stage costume and leads you to
behave like a new character every time that you wear one.
Together they decided to give to the Panama Hat tradition an
Italian experience to give an interpretation open to the possibilities
of trends and style.<\/p>\nThe Designers<\/h2>\n
